Freedom and Fulfilment Coach
Not from a textbook. From a life that has genuinely been through it – redundancy, loss, starting over, and reinventing everything, at 40 and again at 47. Trust me, I've been there.
Something doesn't feel right anymore. From the outside, your life might look fine. But inside, honestly, you're just not fulfilled.
Maybe you've been made redundant. Maybe you're successful on paper but feel disconnected from your own life. Maybe something happened – a breakup, burnout, grief, becoming a parent, hitting a certain age – and now the old version of you just doesn't fit anymore.
Usually it's not because you're broken or failing. It's because the life you built was based on an older version of you – and you've changed. The goals you've been pushing towards might not even feel like yours anymore.
That's the crossroads. Not because you don't know how to move forward – but because you don't yet know what "forward" even means for you.
Trust me, I get it. That's where I can help.
How We Work Together"Sarah listens well, with no judgement – and her recruiter background was really useful in helping me work out my next steps."Kat
Who I Work With
Your professional world has been turned upside down – or you're ready to turn it upside down yourself. Either way, you want to move forward with clarity, not panic.
Life looks fine from the outside. But something's missing. You know you want more – you just don't know what that looks like yet.
Grief, relationship breakdown, an empty nest, a relocation. Something has shifted – and you're trying to work out who you are and what comes next.
A business, a chapter, a life with more freedom, flexibility and fun in it. You can see the possibility – but fear, self-doubt or overwhelm keeps getting in the way.
Something – or someone – has slowly chipped away at your belief in yourself. You're ready to rebuild it, find your voice again, and trust your own decisions.
You've tried to figure it out on your own. You've talked to friends, made lists, Googled everything. What you actually need is someone who gets it, and asks the right questions.
"She's a brilliant sounding board and a safe space – she made me think about what I'm proud of, and I left feeling more resilient and positive about the future." Tash
Sessions are warm, honest and completely focused on you. This is a safe space – no agenda, no judgement, just the right questions at the right time.
Find Out How I Can HelpYes, I've studied and got my coaching diploma. But I coach from lived experience too.
Over the years, I've navigated redundancy, grief, a relationship that eroded my confidence, big career changes, and building two businesses from scratch. Each chapter pushed me to ask: what do I really want from my life? And the answer was always the same – freedom, flexibility, fun, doing work that truly helps people.
Now I get to support others who feel stuck, lost, or ready for more – to build confidence, create clarity, and design a life they actually love.
I have 27 years working in recruitment – building businesses, placing people, and learning exactly what makes organisations tick and what people genuinely need to thrive at work. I built two businesses from scratch – Talent Storm Recruitment, which has been running for eight years, and Sarah Kallipetis Coaching, which I launched at 47. I know what it takes to start something from nothing – the fear, the doubt, and the moment it all starts to become real.
I work with individuals navigating career change, redundancy, life transitions, or a general feeling that something in their life needs to shift – even if they're not sure what that looks like yet. My coaching is warm, honest and grounded in real-world experience. I don't coach from a textbook – I've lived these experiences, I know the job market, and I know what it feels like to rebuild.
But recruitment taught me something more important than hiring: a job title is never just a job title. For most people, work is identity. And when that changes – through redundancy, burnout, or simply outgrowing something – the impact goes much deeper than a CV.
I lost my mum at 37. Grief doesn't follow a plan. It reshapes you. It forces you to look at what really matters – and who you really are underneath all the roles you play.
After a period of deep reflection, I left my secure job, went solo travelling for four months, and came home with the clarity to build my first business. That trip wasn't an escape. It was a decision to choose myself.
At 40, that clarity became Talent Storm Recruitment – the first reinvention. Then at 47, with an established business behind me, I still felt I wanted more. So I went back to studying. Qualified as a coach. And launched Sarah Kallipetis Coaching – a business built entirely around helping people navigate the kind of crossroads I'd been at myself.
Two businesses. Two reinventions. I understand better than most what it takes to start again – and what's possible when you do.
I know what it's like to be in a relationship that slowly chips away at your sense of self – and what it takes to recognise it, leave it, and rebuild your confidence from the ground up. These experiences didn't break me. But they changed me. And they give me the ability to sit with clients in their most uncertain moments and say, honestly: I understand. And it gets better.
How I Work
A structured, proven approach that takes you from plodding along to a life that's actually yours – with practical, real-world steps at every stage.
Why Work With Me
Redundancy, grief, a relationship that eroded my confidence, reinvention at 47. I don't coach theory. I coach from a life that has genuinely been through it.
I understand careers, businesses and the job market in a way most coaches never will. The professional and the personal – I get both sides.
I create a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for the hard conversations – and the wins too. Sessions are real, grounded and open.
Because I've lived it – redundancy, reinvention, doing it largely on my own. The life you're imagining could be possible. And you don't have to figure it out alone.

In Their Own Words
Sarah has a wonderful coaching style and creates such a friendly, calming and supportive environment in each of her sessions. Whilst I will often arrive with a lot of overwhelm and noise in my head, Sarah so effortlessly seems to simplify things and bring my focus to what is really important to me. She is particularly skilled in making me think about what is truly aligned with who I am and what lights me up the most, helping me to create inspired but simple actions I'm excited to get started on. I always feel so listened to and heard – and I'm able to open up fully without any fear of judgement. She is a truly excellent coach and I would give her the highest of recommendations.Shelley
Coaching with Sarah was incredibly impactful on the goals she helped me set for myself. She asked really great questions that helped me reflect on skills and experiences I'd had, and uncover limiting beliefs that had previously stopped me achieving my goals. Sarah created a safe space where I felt totally comfortable to explore many options. Thank you Sarah!Sally
I really enjoyed my coaching sessions with Sarah. I felt more and more empowered after each session and I could feel myself getting better both mentally and physically with each goal. I liked that I had 'homework' – and that even if I didn't achieve it fully, that was ok too. It felt good to look forward to achieving my goals. Sarah was encouraging, and she truly listened. Thank you so much!Natasha
I loved my six sessions with Sarah – she helped introduce me to coaching in a fun and relaxing way. Sarah was a wonderful coach who spoke my language and really helped me see my situation in a new light. At the end of each call, I felt charged up with ideas and motivated for the rest of the week. She asked insightful questions and encouraged me to find new solutions to challenges I was facing. I'd recommend her to anyone feeling stuck and looking to find new approaches. She's a fantastic coach.Hannah
